Sometimes I think people need to listen to the opinions of others more than those in their own heads. It's easier said than done, but the way I see it if say 10 people say you're looking better at the very least two of them may be right. Smile :)

i definitely rely on the opinions of others to gauge my progress. but it’s hard to get that critical voice out of your head when you’re looking in the mirror. but i want you to know that i take every kind word to heart. <3
