Hey everyone. :) So I need your help, everyone. I’m 99% sure I’m starting hormones next month, and I am trying to figure out how to come out at work. I have a big birthday coming in November, and I kind of want all this (hormones, coming out at work, etc.) to be a big present to myself. My office is open-minded and people are really kind, but I’ve only been there a few months, so I’m still getting to know everyone. They probably suspect things as I look like a girl quite a bit already. I have a plan, but I’m very anxious. Basically, I’m planning to talk to my HR director, who I don’t know very well, and then I have a letter to give to everyone. (I can’t handle assembling a bunch of people in a room and announcing, “I have something to tell you …”) Anyway, I’d like to hear about your coming-out-at-work experiences. I think I just need reassurance.
